ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All our graphic tees are made-to-order print-on-demand products, so returns and exchanges are only approved for errors or faults caused by our team.

All return & exchange applications must be submitted by email. We DO NOT provide pre-paid return shipping labels under any circumstances.

Qualified Issues Eligible for Our Responsible Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for the following issues (not limited to):
  • Goods damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect item/style received
  • Wrong size shipped by our warehouse

Personal Reason Exchanges (Wrong Size, Dislike Design, Accidental Order, Change of Mind)

We maintain zero inventory since every shirt is printed individually after ordering.

If you request an exchange for personal reasons, an exchange service fee of $9.99 per item is required. This fee offsets part of our printing cost and outbound shipping expense for your replacement shirt.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • US customers: Return/exchange application must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery
  • EU & UK customers: Subject to local statutory 14-day cooling-off period; we extend our service window to 30 days for your convenience
All returned merchandise must meet these conditions:
  • Unworn, unwashed, free of stains, print peeling, odors or signs of wear
  • Original hang tags and original packaging intact
  • No self-modification, cutting, dyeing or alteration of any kind
  • Valid order number is mandatory for all applications

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Custom personalized printed tees and custom-sized customized apparel
  2. Clearance goods and items marked Final Sale
  3. Requests submitted outside the valid return window
  4. Damage caused by improper customer washing, care or usage

Shipping Cost Rules (No Prepaid Return Labels)

1. Personal reason returns/exchanges

  • No pre-paid return shipping labels will be issued by us.
  • You are solely responsible for arranging return shipping, and you bear all return postage, international import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees.
  • Original order shipping fee ($6.99 shipping charge or free shipping benefit) is non-refundable.

2. Returns caused by our fault (print defects, production flaws, wrong shipment, transit damage on arrival)

  • First send clear photos or video evidence of the issue to our email for review and verification.
  • Once approved, we will provide our official return address for you to ship items back at your own cost upfront.
  • We still do not supply pre-paid shipping labels. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will reimburse your eligible basic return shipping cost.
  • Original order shipping fee is non-refundable in all cases.

Full Step-by-Step Exchange Process

  1. Purchase one $9.99 exchange fee listing per item on our website, and select your desired replacement size at checkout.
  2. Ensure your returned shirt stays unworn, unwashed and inside its original intact packaging.
  3. Submit an application to help@bondtees.com within the valid timeframe, including your order number, return reason and supporting photos.
  4. We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm approval and send our official return address and shipping guidance.
  5. Ship the package yourself to our designated address, then forward your return tracking number to our email after dispatch.
  6. We cannot start production or shipment of your replacement until we receive and inspect your returned item fully.

Full Step-by-Step Refund Process

  1. Email help@bondtees.com with your order number, refund reason and proof pictures within the allowed time window to apply.
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days to confirm approval and share official return address and shipping instructions.
  3. Arrange return shipment on your own, send the parcel to our assigned address, and send your return tracking number to our inbox once shipped.
  4. After we receive, inspect and confirm your item meets return standards, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

International Customs Notice

For returns made for personal reasons, all import duty, VAT and customs clearance fees incurred on returned international parcels shall be paid entirely by the buyer.

For returns resulting from our error, only basic return postage is eligible for reimbursement; all customs-related expenses remain the buyer’s responsibility.
