Accepted Payment Options

BondTees currently processes all online orders exclusively through PayPal, which supports direct checkout with PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, as well as major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
We do not offer bank wire transfer, Western Union, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna or any other alternative payment methods at this stage.

1. How to Complete Payment via PayPal

Step-by-Step Checkout Process

  1. After filling in your shipping address and confirming order items on the checkout page, select PayPal as your payment method;
  2. Click the “Complete Order with PayPal” button, you will be securely redirected to the official PayPal encrypted payment page;
  3. Two available payment paths for you:

Option A: Pay with your existing PayPal account

  • Log in to your personal PayPal account;
  • Choose payment source: PayPal account balance / bound bank card / bound credit card;
  • Confirm payment amount and submit the transaction.

Option B: Pay directly with Visa (or other cards) WITHOUT a PayPal account

  • On the PayPal login page, click Pay with Debit or Credit Card (Guest Checkout);
  • Fill in your Visa card number, expiry date, CVV security code, billing address matching your card bank records;
  • Verify and submit the payment securely.

4. Once the payment is successfully authorized, you will be redirected back to our BondTees website with an order confirmation page;

5. A payment receipt and order confirmation email will be sent to both your registered shop email and PayPal associated email address.

All card data entry and payment encryption are handled entirely by PayPal’s secure payment gateway. BondTees never collects, stores or accesses your full credit card numbers, CVV codes or sensitive banking information.

2. Payment Security Statement

  1. All payment transmissions are protected by PayPal’s industry-standard SSL end-to-end encryption, PCI DSS compliance data security rules;
  2. We will only receive your order payment confirmation from PayPal’s official notification, no sensitive financial data will be stored on our server;
  3. If you encounter payment failure, unauthorized deduction or duplicate charges, please first open a dispute within PayPal Resolution Center, then contact us via contact@bondtees.com with your PayPal transaction ID for assistance;
  4. BondTees will never initiate phone calls, text messages or third-party links asking you to provide card details, SMS verification codes or PayPal login passwords. Please stay alert to fraud scams.

3. Payment Related Important Terms

3.1 Currency Settlement

All orders are priced and settled in US Dollars (USD). If your Visa card uses a local currency, your card issuing bank will automatically apply real-time exchange rates and may charge a small international currency conversion fee, which is borne by the cardholder.

3.2 Payment Verification & Order Hold

In occasional risk control reviews by PayPal, your payment may be temporarily pending. We will only start order printing and production after the payment status is marked as “Completed”. No rush processing is available for pending payments.

3.3 Refund Route

All approved refunds (for our defective items, wrong shipments etc.) will be returned to the original payment path:

  • PayPal balance payment → refund back to PayPal balance
  • Visa credit card guest checkout → refund back to the original Visa card account
    Refund arrival time depends on the card issuing bank’s processing cycle, usually 7–15 working days.

3.4 Unsupported Payment Reminder

We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD), money orders, personal checks, cryptocurrency, prepaid anonymous gift cards or third-party transfer payments. Any orders completed through unauthorized off-platform payment will not be recognized and fulfilled.

4. Troubleshooting Common PayPal/Visa Payment Issues

  1. Card declined: Check card international online payment function is enabled, available credit limit, correct billing address input;
  2. Redirect loop error: Clear browser cache, switch to Chrome/Safari, turn off VPN/advertisement blockers;
  3. Payment deducted but order not generated: Send us your PayPal transaction number for manual order matching within 1–2 business days.
